The Chaplains, who work around the University, have a wide experience in helping in a range of life-crises. Some specific examples are bereavement, other events involving loss, HIV/AIDS, relationships. They are also used to working with other disciplines, and are aware of the importance of appropriate referral. Chaplains are also happy to meet with individuals to discuss the traditional services of the Church, such as weddings and baptisms.
